At Damsite Marina, our employees are the heart of everything we do. Dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to ensure you have the best experience on Greers Ferry Lake. From assisting with boat rentals and slip reservations to keeping our ship store stocked and serving up fresh meals at Dam Good Deli, our staff is always ready to help. Whether you need guidance on the water, a quick bite to eat, or expert advice from our on-site marine mechanic, you can count on our team to make your visit smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable.
Rylee Birmingham
This is Rylee's 5th year at the marina. She graduated from Heber Springs High School in 2024. She now attends the University of Central Arkansas and is on the cheer team. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, late night drives, and music. On the lake she likes to surf and sit in the sun. When she is not working you can catch her cheering on the Bears.
Annalyse Wilson
This is Annalyse's 3rd year as a Dam Girl and is heading into her senior year with excitement. As a dedicated and well-rounded student-athlete, she is involved in multiple sports including polevault, tennis, golf and cheerleading. In her free time, Annaylse enjoys hanging out with friends and family. Her positive energy and strong work ethic make her an inspiring presence both on and off the job.
Zoey Hendrix
This is Zoey's 3rd year as a Dam Girl. She is a laid-back girl with a love for school and community. She graduated this year from Heber Springs High School. She loves spending time with friends and family. On her days off, she can be found out in the sun playing pickleball or on the lake. She enjoys teaching pre-K sunday school classes, babysitting, and spending time with children. When you come into the store she's always ready to greet you with a smiling face and positive attitude. Come see her for the 4th of July to celebrate her favorite holiday with her!
Gabby Atkinson
This is Gabby's 2nd year at the marina. When she's not at work she loves to be on the lake or hanging out with friends. This fall she plans to attend the University of Cental Arkansas. She is very crafty and is willing to help you with whatever you need. On Gabby's days off, she is jetting around on the lake on her jet ski!
Elizabeth Charlebois
Elizabeth is a bright girl with a big heart. She graduated from Heber Springs High School this year. She is currently undecided with what she wants to do in the future but is searching for the perfect thing. This is her 2nd year as a Dam Girl. You can always expect a smile from her at the front desk or a delicious smoothie made in the deli. When she is not working, she loves being with her friends, going on the lake or a late night drive, playing pickleball on a hot day, or most of all being at home with her family. Family means everything to her. She enjoys working on the lake and is super excited to meet new faces on the weekends.
Brett Dwyer
This is Brett's first year at the marina. She is a senior in high shcool and is involved in various extracirrucular activities. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, and working out. Stop by and see her!
Mackenzie Lozeau
This is Mackenzie's 1st as a Dam Girl. She is a junior at Heber Springs High School. You can always expect a smile and a warm welcome from her. In her free time she loves to spend time with friends and family. She's a multi athlete and plans to attend Arkansas Tech University to major in business.
Nathan Weaver
This is Nathan and he is enjoying his 3rd year on the dock. He is currently an Engineering Major at UCA and a member of the Pike Fraternity. He enjoys fishing, hunting and boating.
Andrew Fleming
This is Andrew's 3rd year on the dock. He just graduated from Heber Springs High School and enjoys the lake and catches the most fish on the dock. He aspires to be a boat captain.
Logan Lozeau
This is Logan. He is currently in his 3rd year here at Dam Site and enjoys noodling and aspires to be the President of the United States! He is majoring in Marketing and Advertising at UACCM and has the best hair on the dock (besides Rylee). He is Mackenzie's older brother.
Gavin Widner
This is Gavin's 3rd year on the dock. He just graduated from Heber Springs High School and is going to play baseball at CBC. On the weekends he likes to drive around and hangout with friends.
Jacob Harrod
This is Jacob. He just graduated from Heber Springs High School and is planning to attend Lyon College to play soccer and pursue a degree in Biology. Some of his hobbies include: playing golf, learning the guitar and anything sports related. This is his 2nd year on the dock.
Liam Buffalo
Liam is joining us for his 2nd year on the dock. A 2025 graduate of Heber Springs High School, he will be attending U of A in Fayetteville to major in Biology this fall. He plans on being a doctor one day in the hope of helping as many people as possible.
Alan Moreno
Hi! My name is Alan. I am going into my senior year at Heber and play soccer, golf and tennis. I love helping people out and working. This is my 2nd year at Dam Site and I absolutely love it here. They make me feel like family! I can't wait till graduation so I can become an electrician.
Ty West
This is Ty's 1st year here! He has lived in Heber Springs his whole life and graduated from HSHS this spring. He is attending CBC in Conway to play baseball in the fall. As a local lake lover, he enourages everyone to visit Greers Ferry Lake and see everything it has to offer.
Josiah Riggs
Josiah is going into his junior year at Heber Springs High School. He loves playing football, basketball and running track. The things he values the most in his life are his faith, his family, his friends and sports.
Owen Norton
Owen is currently a sophmore at Heber Springs High School. He loves playing football and hanging out with his friends. He loves the lake and talking to new people on the dock.
Lane Bradley
This is Lane. He has been on the dock his whole life. He is going into his freshman year at Heber Springs High School and loves football and track. Outside of school and work, he enjoys the outdoors and hanging out with friends.
Lara
Lara is a future Dam Girl who gives out beads on the 4th of July! She would love to see you before the fireworks!
Billy & Nala
Billy and Nala are our weekend parking security. He is Rylee's dad and loves a quick chat before you begin your lake day!
ShyAnn Lee
ShyAnn was a beautiful person who never met a stranger and brightened the day of everyone who enter Dam Site Marina for the last 3 years. She is now forever "living the dream" and will greatly missed.
