At Damsite Marina, our employees are the heart of everything we do. Dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to ensure you have the best experience on Greers Ferry Lake. From assisting with boat rentals and slip reservations to keeping our ship store stocked and serving up fresh meals at Dam Good Deli, our staff is always ready to help. Whether you need guidance on the water, or a quick bite to eat, you can count on our team to make your visit smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable.
Rylee
This is Rylee's 6th year at the marina. She graduated from Heber Springs High School in 2024. She now attends the University of Central Arkansas and is on the cheer team. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, late night drives, and music. On the lake she likes to surf and sit in the sun. When she is not working you can catch her cheering on the Bears.
Annalyse
This is Annalyse's 4th year as a Dam Girl and just graduated from Heber Springs High School. Annaylse enjoys hanging out with friends and family. Her positive energy and strong work ethic make her an inspiring presence both on and off the job. She is headed to Fayetteville this fall to call the HOGS! WPS!!
Zoey
This is Zoey's 4th year as a Dam Girl. A laid-back girl with a love for school and community. an HSHS Alum and is currently attending Arkansas Tech University. She loves spending time with friends and family. When you come into the store she's always ready to greet you with a smiling face and positive attitude. Come see her for the 4th of July to celebrate her favorite holiday with her!
Mackenzie
This is Mackenzie's 2nd year as a Dam Girl. She is a Senior at Heber Springs High School. You can always expect a smile and a warm welcome from her. In her free time she loves to spend time with friends and family. She's a multi athlete and plans to attend Arkansas Tech University to major in business.
Miah
Miah is an Arkansas native currently attending the University of Alabama. and majoring in Biology. This future dentist enjoys hanging out with friends, traveling to new places and listening to music. This is her first year as a Dam Girl.
Nathan
This is Nathan and he is enjoying his 4th year on the dock. He is currently an Engineering Major at UCA and a member of the Pike Fraternity. He enjoys fishing, hunting and boating.
Gavin
This is Gavin's 4th year on the dock. He graduated from Heber Springs High School and is currently playing baseball at CBC. On the weekends he likes to drive around and hangout with friends.
Ty
This is Ty's 2nd year here! He has lived in Heber Springs his whole life and graduated from HSHS and is currently attending UCA. As a local lake lover, he enourages everyone to visit Greers Ferry Lake and see everything it has to offer.
Jacob
This is Jacob. He graduated from Heber Springs High School and is currently attending Lyon College to play soccer and pursue a degree in Biology. Some of his hobbies include: playing golf, learning the guitar and anything sports related. This is his 3rd year on the dock.
Owen
Owen is currently a junior at Heber Springs High School. He loves playing football and hanging out with his friends. He loves the lake and talking to new people on the dock.
Josiah
Josiah is going into his Senior year at Heber Springs High School. He loves playing football, basketball and running track. The things he values the most in his life are his faith, his family, his friends and sports.
Lane
This is Lane. He has been on the dock his whole life. He is going into his sophmore year at Heber Springs High School and loves football and track. Outside of school and work, he enjoys the outdoors and hanging out with friends.
Landon
Landon is a senior at HSHS and it's his 1st year with the Dam Fam. He plays basketball and runs track. In his free time he enjoys his time with family and being on the lake. He plans to study business in college and is looking forward to a great year at Dam Site Marina!
Hayden
Hayden is going into his senior year at HSHS and loves to play baseball and hangout with friends. He plans to go to college and study finance and then travel to find a place to settle down while staying faithful to God. This is his 1st year with us.
Cooper
This is Cooper's 1st year! He is going into his junior year at HSHS. He has grown up on this lake and loves everything about it. Some of his hobbies include football, spending time with friends and traveling. He would like to attend U of A and aspires to become a lawyer!
Clayton
This is Clay's 1st summer at Dam Site. He is a Jonesboro native entering his Junior year at Ole Miss. He loves spending his free time on the water, slalom skiing on the ski course. He is looking forward to meeting our wonderful customers and visiting with everyone enjoying our beautiful lake.
Rhett
This is Rhett's 1st year! He is currently 17 years old and and an upcoming senior at HSHS. He plans to attend University of Arkansas and major in either biology or business. He loves to be outdoors, especially on the lake!
Chuck
Chuck is a 2026 graduate of Heber Springs High School and will be attending UCA in the fall. He plans to sell boats when he is older and help people with new boat fever. Since this is Chuck's first year on the dock, we have discovered that he is severely allergic to poison ivy and has no kids as of yet.
Lara
Lara is a future Dam Girl who gives out beads on the 4th of July! She would love to see you before the fireworks!
Billy & Nala
Billy and Nala are our weekend parking security. He is Rylee's dad and loves a quick chat before you begin your lake day!
